The terms and conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any reservation. You will find the imprint at the bottom of the page.
1. Website Terms of Use
To browse this website or access its services as a visitor, the following terms apply:
1.1 The user and/or customer accepts the website’s terms of use and general terms and conditions (GTC).
1.2 If the user/customer does not accept these terms, they must neither use the website nor avail themselves of any services offered by Mallorca NSA Secure Transfer.
- These terms govern access to and use of www.securetransferservice.com. By accessing the site, the user is designated a “user” and thereby expressly accepts the GTC, including any specific terms for certain services offered via the website.
- The site provides access to various information and services.
- The user commits to using the website lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
- Generally, no personal data is required to access information or services. However, filling out a contact or request form does require providing personal data.
- Users agrees to use the content and services responsibly.
- It is forbidden to distribute content that is immoral, unlawful, infringing on rights or privacy, or against public order.
- Actions that harm or impede the operation of the website, its content, or services are prohibited.
- The user must not damage files, programs, or electronic documents.
- Uploading or distributing harmful software, viruses, or similar is banned.
- No advertising, promotion, or commercial use is allowed without consent.
- Unauthorized modification, destruction, or use of website data or information is prohibited.
- Users must not infringe intellectual property rights or use content they don’t own rights to.
- Spam, chain letters, or unsolicited emails are forbidden.
- The company reserves the right to take legal action for violations.
2. Amendments
Mallorca NSA Secure Transfer S.L. reserves the right to modify the terms of use, GTC, site design, or structure at any time without prior notice.
3. Booking Process
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old. They must follow the booking process, ensure all information provided is correct and complete, and make full payment.
Upon entering into a contract with Mallorca NSA Secure Transfer S.L., the company will complete all necessary arrangements for the requested service.
The contract becomes legally binding only when you receive written booking confirmation. If the transport provider cannot fulfill the service, we will inform you and refund the total amount via your original payment method—this settles all liability on our part.
You are required to confirm receipt of any messages we send. If you fail to confirm, message server logs will serve as proof of receipt.
Sending you a payment confirmation does not yet constitute a legally binding contract.
Minors are strictly prohibited from requesting our services. Parents, guardians, or responsible persons must immediately inform us if a minor makes a booking so we can cancel it. Minors may only travel with an adult.
4. Payment
We accept all common payment methods: credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), debit cards, and bank transfers. Standard processing fees from the card issuer apply.
Prices are billed in euros. Currency conversion tools are for informational purposes only.
5. Changes (Booking Amendments)
Your booking confirmation includes destination, pick-up location, date, and time. All amendments must be submitted in writing to Mallorca NSA Secure Transfer S.L. They are valid only once reviewed and confirmed in writing.
You are responsible for any increased costs arising from changes. The first change is free; additional changes may incur a €15 processing fee.
Once the contract is legally binding (upon confirmation), the client must notify us of any errors at least 48 hours before the transfer service. Notifications received within 48 hours may result in contract cancellation without penalty or fee.
6. Cancellations by You
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to office@securetransferservice.com. You may cancel individual transfers or the entire booking.
If we receive your cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up, you will receive a full refund. If within 48 hours, no refund is issued. In such cases, we will send a cancellation confirmation by email, which you can use to seek reimbursement from your travel agent, airline, or insurer.
7. Last-Minute Bookings
Depending on route and season, our booking deadline varies from 0 to 48 hours before service—occasionally longer. Contact us even on short notice; we’ll check vehicle availability. Please note cancellation terms remain the same regardless of when you booked.
8. Changes or Cancellations by Us
If the transport provider significantly alters or cancels the service, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We will endeavor to meet your vehicle preferences; however, due to availability, we may substitute a larger vehicle or multiple vehicles. If downgraded to a lower-priced category, you will be refunded the difference.
Should cancellation be necessary, you will receive a full refund and no further claims can be made. We will attempt to find suitable alternatives for confirmed bookings we cancel.
9. Child Seats
For safety, we recommend child seats for children under 12 or under 135 cm in height. During booking, please indicate the number of child passengers.
The main passenger is responsible for ensuring seats fit and are correctly used. The company is not liable for damage due to incorrect installation or use.
If using your own child seat on a private transfer, inform us beforehand to ensure compatibility with our vehicle. Group transfers typically use minibuses not equipped for child seats.
We will try to provide booked child seats but they may not always be available. If unavailable, we will notify you in good time before your service.
10. Child Fares
All children and infants are counted as passengers, regardless of age, and must be included in the booking.
11. Wheelchairs and Disabled Passengers
Transfers for disabled passengers must be requested in writing by email to office@securetransferservice.com. We will do our best to meet your needs but are not specialists in disabled transport. Passengers must be able to board independently or with assistance. Only foldable wheelchairs are accepted. We cannot guarantee vehicle type availability.
12. Pre-Booked Extra Stops
During booking, you may request extra stops (e.g., dropping off a passenger) in advance. Notify us at least 48 hours before departure. Stops are limited to 5 minutes.
13. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance suited to your needs. Please review, print, and carry your policy documents. Comprehensive insurance covers many unforeseen circumstances.
14. Our Liability
If we fail to meet these terms, liability is limited to predictable loss or damage due to our breach or negligence, and only up to the fare paid. We are not liable for unforeseeable or incidental damages.
>We are not responsible for injuries not directly attributable to us, nor those caused by force majeure, legal or administrative requirements.
>We cannot be held liable for occurrences during the service—illness, injury, or death—unless caused by our negligence.
Our liability covers death, injury, or failure of service due to lack of reasonable care by us, our staff, or subcontractors. Proof of negligence is the customer’s responsibility.
We are only responsible for acts or omissions by employees during employment or subcontractors acting on our behalf.
These terms do not exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, nor your legal consumer rights.
We disclaim liability if you contract services directly with other providers.
There is not guarantee for website content accuracy or reliability, including virus protection. We will correct known errors promptly. The company reserve the right to cancel bookings made due to incorrect pricing or promotions without compensation.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to force majeure or circumstances beyond control—extreme weather, natural disasters, terrorist acts, third-party accidents, police checks, severe traffic, strikes, etc.
16. Contact
Requests for booking changes must be emailed to office@securetransferservice.com.
If changes are not possible, we will contact you via the email or messaging method (SMS, WhatsApp) provided. Sending this message serves as proof of receipt. You must ensure your contact details are correct and read all incoming communications.
In case of arrival delays or rerouting, we will reschedule pick-up if available; otherwise, we will issue a full refund, referencing the IATA’s definition of flight delay.
If you fail to arrive within a reasonable time of the agreed pick-up and do not answer our call to the phone number provided, service will be cancelled without refund.
If drivers cannot locate you, our staff will call you. Ensure your mobile phone is on. If you are unreachable, service cannot be provided and no refund is given. For non-airport pick-ups, you must call within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. Call log records are kept and may be used as evidence. Unused transfers and alternative transport costs are not reimbursed unless pre-authorized. Pre-approved alternative transport requires submitting receipts for review; no payment without valid receipt.
17. Transportation Services
We offer private transfers and shuttle services, potentially using subcontractors.
Routes to or from your destination cannot be guaranteed. We strive to adhere to agreed times, but these are not guaranteed.
>If you cannot find the driver at pick-up, you must contact us using the number on the website or booking confirmation. If you instead arrange alternative travel, the service is considered declined, and no refund is due.
>If we cannot reach you at the time of pick-up, service cannot be provided and no liability applies.
We will drive as close as possible to the specified addresses. If normal access is blocked, at your request, we may take a longer route or additional transport arrangements, which could incur extra costs.
All services are insured by us or our subcontractors.
We will try to send SMS confirmations if requested, though these depend on third-party networks. If lost or delayed, rely on email confirmations instead.
18. Luggage / Capacity
Each passenger may bring one suitcase or travel bag up to 158 cm total dimensions, plus hand luggage (purses, small bags). Luggage must be clearly labelled with owner’s name and destination address. We accept no liability for unlabelled lost luggage. All luggage must be declared at boarding. Passengers must confirm all luggage is loaded; no liability for left-behind items.
Our vehicles accommodate at least one large bag per seated passenger, max. 158 cm each. All luggage must be declared when booking. Smaller items like camera bags may be carried without declaration. You are responsible for costs if extra vehicles are needed due to undeclared luggage.
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you will not carry illegal, dangerous, oversized, fragile, or perishable items, and only guide dogs are permitted.
Luggage is transported at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage; you should insure your belongings.
19. Your Responsibility
By contracting with us, you declare you are of legal age and fully capable of fulfilling this agreement. You understand the scope of services, information provided, and the GTC. The payment card used is valid and covers charges. You must inform us promptly of any changes to your details.
Services align with what’s listed on your booking confirmation (emailed or via WhatsApp). You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination addresses. Verify your confirmation and inform us immediately of errors by phone or email.
Incomplete or incorrect mandatory fields (*) at booking are your responsibility; we are not liable for unsuccessful bookings, and no refund is due.
You are solely responsible for legal documents for border crossings. We exclude liability and additional costs related to missing documents or legal non-compliance. Booking confirmation doesn’t substitute for visa.
You must reimburse us for any fines or deposits relating to your legal non-compliance. We may withhold amounts already paid until you prove you’ve refunded us.
>We reserve the right to charge your payment card for vehicle damage (including special cleaning) or missing items.
>We may refuse future bookings in case of serious or repeated incidents involving the passenger.
20. Access Rights / User Conduct
By booking, you implicitly allow us and subcontractors to refuse transport to passengers who, in the driver’s judgment, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or whose behavior endangers others.
Bringing alcohol or drugs into the vehicle to consume is not allowed.
Smoking in or near the vehicle is prohibited.
Eating and drinking in the vehicle is not permitted.
21. Complaints
If service does not meet expectations, report it immediately—preferably during the transfer—for on-site resolution. Complaints made after the service ends may not be accepted. Contact info is on our website or booking confirmation.
Written complaints must be sent by email within 28 days of return date to office@securetransferservice.com.
22. Languages
Our website is available in multiple languages. Phone support is in English and Spanish, email support in German and English. We strive to assist in the booking language, but in case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
23. Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights, trademarks, and other IP rights of our website belong to the company and are protected by national and international law.
Unauthorized use of website content other than for booking is prohibited, including modification, publication, full or partial reproduction.
Any illegal use of this website is strictly forbidden.
All website content is protected and owned by Mallorca NSA Secure Transfer S.L. Commercial use is expressly prohibited without written consent.
Prohibited use includes resale or redistribution via other sites, web scraping, deep linking, framing, or any unlawful use.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
The contract between you and the company is subject to Spanish jurisdiction.
Disputes will be resolved by the courts in Palma de Mallorca.
If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
25. Online Dispute Resolution (per Art. 14 ODR Regulation)
The EU Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Consumers may use it to resolve disputes.
