How far in advance should I book a transfer?
We recommend booking your transfer as early as possible in advance to ensure availability, especially during high season. However, we often accommodate last-minute requests – just get in touch and we’ll do our best.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No worries. We monitor flight schedules in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pick-up time accordingly – at no extra charge.
Do you offer island transfers to Ibiza or Menorca?
Yes! We offer private boat and helicopter transfers between Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera. It’s the fastest and most scenic way to island hop in style.
How many people can travel in a helicopter or boat?
Our helicopters typically accommodate up to 4 passengers, depending on the model. Larger groups will be carried by separate helicopters.
Boats vary in size – from single person private cruises to group outings of up to 8 guests, everything is possible.
Is your service available 24/7?
Yes, STS Mallorca operates 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays. Whether it’s an early airport transfer or a late-night pick-up, we’ve got you covered.
Are children or pets allowed on board?
Yes, both children and pets are welcome. Child seats can be provided for cars upon request and pets are allowed if notified in advance. Safety and comfort for all passengers is our top priority.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers as well as cash (€). Payment usually takes place when reaching your destination, but we also accept prepayment if you wish. In some cases, a deposit may be required.
